Overmolded cable assemblies from C&M provide the high-reliability, performance edge and short lead times required by our military and industrial customers.

Our overmolded Mil-Grade cable assemblies offer:

  • Long-lasting environmental sealing to IP 67 levels.
  • Durable polyurethane jackets.
  • FEP and TPE insulated primaries.
  • Finely stranded conductors.
  • Wide temperature range from -55 to + 105°C.
  • A variety of shielding options, including braids, spirals, reverse spirals, tape shields and composite shielding.

Custom or COTS

While our engineering team designs and produces custom military cable assemblies on a daily basis, we also have a broad offering of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) cable assemblies based on the most common MIL-Grade cables and round connectors, including Ethernet cables for military and industrial use.

To support our our standard cable assembly offerings, we maintain:

  • An extensive tooling library, with molds molds for the most popular Mil-Round connectors including 38999 SI/SII/SIII, 26482 SI/SII and 5015 threaded and bayonet plugs and receptacles.
  • A large inventory of common core components.
  • Proprietary backshell adaptors.
